Shelly Bischoff is the founder and directer of Ptolemy & Associates Inc. and is a Registered Nurse, Canadian Certified Occupational Health Nurse and Chartered Professional in Human Resources with experience in the areas of Occupational Health, Safety, Wellness and Disability Management. Shelly is also a certified psychological health and safety advisor through the Canadian Mental Health Association.

Shelly has developed an area of expertise in human resources, disability management and consults to organizations across Canada. She is also a National speaker in her areas of expertise. Shelly is also an instructor with the University of New Brunswick online health and safety diploma program and occupational health nursing certificate program.

Sandi Stewart BScN, RN, COHN, CDMP is a Senior Consultant in Occupational Health, Safety and Disability Management. After working in traditional hospital nursing and teaching in college nursing programs, Sandi entered the field of Occupational Health. She has since been involved in all aspects of occupational health nursing in a broad spectrum of industries, in unionized and non-unionized workplaces, and worked with a great variety of workers and occupations. Sandi's passion is disability management and program development. She provides a wide range of Occupational Health services to companies in a variety of industries throughout Canada. Sandi resides in Calgary, Canada.

Jennifer Estabrooks (Office Manager) has worked with Ptolemy and Associates for 9 years. She works at the office from 930–5 pm Monday to Friday and answers the phone, receives fax and email correspondence, follows up with medical practitioners and manages the invoicing system. She enjoys helping others through her work, talking with people on the phone and keeping Ptolemy & Associates organized. She also enjoys walking along the river during her lunch breaks.
