Shelly is a workplace facilitator, speaker and podcaster and grateful for the opportunity to support the workplace for almost 3 decades! Her passion is working directly with leaders and teams. She develops and facilitates customized strategies to invite psychological safety into team environments in support of high performance work. Shelly thrives on creating opportunities for leaders and teams to authentically innovate, grow, and excel in their work together.

Shelly offers facilitation services in support of psychological health and safety, and wellness in the workplace. She believes workplace psychological health and safety is often unintentionally viewed within perceptions, bias, and assumptions in the workplace. She engages leadership and employee groups in a unique approach to create an awareness of the impact individual and collective roles leaders and employees have on psychological health and safety in the workplace. Once a realistic and common understanding of psychological health and safety is achieved, Shelly supports organizations in the recognition of meaningful and customized strategies that are implemented in the workplace. She is often asked by organizations to assist with complex human resource situations involving psychological health and safety.

Shelly is honored to support Health and Safety Practitioners and Professionals in her role as a part time Instructor with the University of Alberta where she in teaches Culture and Leadership, and Workplace Wellness courses for the OHS Diploma and Certificate programs.

Kaza brings over 30 years of administration and management experience to the table. She thrives on supporting the team with her unshakable commitment to adding value. She works to ensure we have what we need, when we need it, allowing us to provide outstanding service to our clients. She does all of this while still being a committed mom, wife, and grandmother.
